RATES

House sitting includes overnight care, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and regular companionship throughout the day. My daytime availability may vary depending on whether I am scheduled at my job in DC, but I will always communicate my schedule with you in advance. I also bring in mail and packages, help maintain your home while you are away, and provide multiple daily updates so you know your pets and home are being well cared for. 

House sits longer than 6 nights are subject to an extended stay rate, and care schedules where I cannot be away from the home for longer than 4 hours are subject to constant care rates.

For drop-ins, I spend either 30 minutes or 60 minutes at your home caring for your animals. What the visit includes is entirely up to you: I am able to feed your animals, play with them, give pets and cuddles, let them outside, clean litterboxes, etc. Drop-ins do not include walks.

Hourly care is any drop-in adjacent service that last more than an hour and does not take place overnight and involves me staying at your home with your animal(s) for a set number of hours.

Hourly rates are extremely liable to change and can/will be adjusted on a case-by-case basis.

For walks, we will go down either a pre-determined route of your choosing or just wander about to smell all the smells! Please provide your own fixed-length leash and poop bags.
